  In Batken area the average working period by small-scale miners is 4 to 5 months per year. In Chatkal a large group of miners work between 1 and 3 months whereas another large group work 10 to 12 months per year. In Naryn the majority of miners work 4 to 6 months, but many also work the year around. An estimated 5500 small-scale miners work in the investigated areas.
  Small-scale mining has been carried out in Naryn since 1995. The number of small-scale miners is increasing year by year. Presently there are about 2000-2500 small-scale miners in Solton-Sary, At-Bashy, Kichi Naryn.

My husband is unemployed too. He is breeding the cattle and also helps me to mine gold to satisfy our everyday needs.
